Painted Lady and the Blue Spirt.
And I maen this as the spirits, not Zuko and Katara in costume. (Note that Blue is not wearing a mask, that's his face. And Painted Lady is in the off-white outfit [it came out a little dark when shading] of the spirit, not Katara's dark red one.) I've got a larger Painted Lady / Blue Spirit picture in the works, but I had to go ahead and do this one after *sylvacoer's Forgotten Fairytale. She was getting comments about how the idea of kissing the Blue Spirit's face was too horrifying to imagine. To that I say,  I like supernatural critters. And I think the idea of this pair is fun (although not canon). EDIT: Oops! I uploaded the version where the Blue Spirit wasn't completely shaded first! Fixed now!
