This has been sitting in my sketch book for a long time now. Done within the first couple of weeks of the announcement of the "Avatar: Legend of Korra" series.
My Tenzin design is kinda horrible, but I like my idea of how they might interact. She's a strong wiled teenager, and Tenzin should be at a minimum 30s or 40s. I imagine he might not have been so keen on teaching anyone at first--having lived a lifetime in the shadow of famous parents. Then you have Korra--our young avatar is a spitfire in a city unfriendly to bending. Somehow, I can see her picking fights with anti-bending revolutionaries.
