As I said in the description, I made it available in both Autobot and Decepticon colors. Purple is the standard color for Decepticons.
No, they've never used it in series. And only one Autobot ever said it if you want to get technical about it (yay Kup). However, since Kup does describe it as a "Universal Greeting" I figured it's theoretically possible a Decepticon would have said it somewhere in th Transformers universe, and thusly made it in both colors.
