Description
Part of =elfgrove's & =Asatira's Steampunk Fairy Tales universe.
- The sword of Prince Conn Lohengrin, based on the youngest prince from The Wild Swans --character and costume design are copyright © =elfgrove/B.R. Shropshire.
I've been playing around with the design for one of the brothers to my Steampunk Swan Maiden tonight --specifically the youngest of the 6 brothers who was not cured of being a swan by day--, and you know... Any Prince worth the title should have a sword. Or more accurately, a gun sword, a concept which actually did originate prior to Final Fantasy 8: [link]

I love the design. Simple yet effective.
Thank you for informing everyone that FF8 didn't begin the combo weapons. Sheesh. Also the link you provided is very useful. Thanks!
