White Swan + Red Robin

Okay... So I definitely have not been plotting idea bunnies with original characters behind =Asatira's back-- Okay, maybe a just little.

So, a group of us designed and executed our own original Steampunk costumes based on fairy tale concepts for Dragon*Con this past year. Something fun =Asatira did in addition to designing a Steampunk Little Red Riding Hood was to create a basic back story for her Steam Red (read it here). I loved the idea and chalked up a basic character history for my Steampunk Swan Maiden as well, relying heavily on the legend that the costume was based on for the character's history. This meant that Odette now had a reason to be wandering all over the place and for all of her little costume pieces, and determined that she also traveled with the youngest of her brothers, Conn.

Conn remains a swan by day and becomes human again by night. Most people that know them think the swan is an eccentric pet Odette keeps, and are annoyed that Conn is "difficult" to locate in the daytime.

=Asatira's Red is a courier/adventurer/airship pilot working for "Little's Red Riding Hoods". A group run by "Grandmother". Red is not super-famous, but there are probably a few penny novels written about a few of her exploits --as there are for the better Red Hoods. And... we generally agreed Red might sometimes be employed by the swan siblings.

I've taken this a bit further, and decided it would be amusing to give Conn a bit of a crush on Red.

Not plotting at aaaaalllllllll~....
I'm just gonna go hide before she sees this deviation.
